Must have experience working within a supervisory role.

This is a busy position, the successful candidate will be meeting and greeting customers, Liaising with both front of house and kitchen staff to ensure food is completed on time.

They will be responsible for motivating around 5 – 6 members of the restaurant team and completing staff rotas.

Hours are 5 out of 7 days and it is not split shifts, however they will be required to work some evenings.

The restaurant normally has around 70 covers depending on any functions that may take place.

Salary is £15k and candidates will need their own transport due to location.
